Requirements:

  • • Goettsch International, Inc. is a leading reseller of high-end corrugated machinery in multiple world markets, including the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. We specialize in offering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring that their corrugated machinery needs are met through our extensive network of international suppliers.
  • • We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to support the sales team for capital equipment sales, and manage parts inquiries, orders, shipments. This position will also work together, and back up other administrative positions as needed to cover peak periods, vacations, or other short-term staffing needs. It will also be responsible for handling special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Parts sales, Replacement & Consumable Parts Sales: (approx. 80%)
  • • Manage customer orders from quotation through collection including domestic and international shipping per customer requirements. Must exhibit good judgment and be confident to ask questions to clarify ambiguous information.
  • • SALES ADMINISTRATOR, Capital Equipment Sales: (approx. 20%)
  • • Handling key order processing documents including proposals, job costs, acknowledgements to customers, and purchase orders to vendors in support of the sales team.
  • • OTHER/MISC: Special projects as assigned
  • • Translation of sales, marketing, legal, or other documents as needed. Assisting with general office support as needed.

  • • Must be fluent in writing and speaking English & Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
  • • 2-year degree and 2 years of experience in a related field or business.
  • • Computer literate - with intermediate or higher skills in MS Word.
  • • Experience with shipping and/or international trade (incoterms) a plus.
  • • Must be detail oriented (yet flexible), reliable, and able to work as part of a team or individually.
  • • Technical / Mechanical aptitude highly beneficial.
  • • Experience with packaging or printing a plus.
  • • Understanding basic accounting concepts is highly beneficial.
